We always try to make things as quick as possible, but we will never compromise our standards or put speed above perfection.

However, delays caused by problematic weather conditions, delays with carriers and couriers or issues resulting from being provided with inaccurate delivery addresses are beyond our control. We are also unable to refund any shipping fees.
