FAQs

How Long Will My Order Take?

We make each piece of jewellery by hand, especially for you. Because of this, your order may take a little time to prepare.
Most pieces take around 2–3 weeks to make.

How Can I Find My Ring Size?

Not sure about your ring size? Here are a few easy options:

1. Visit a jeweller: The easiest and most accurate way is to have your finger measured by a professional.

2. Use a ring sizer: You can order a simple ring sizer online to check your size at home.

3. Measure a ring you own: Measure the inside of a ring that fits you well. You can also send us a photo of the measurement, and we can help check it.

How Can I Convert My Ring Size to US Size?

Our rings are listed in US ring sizes. If you know your size in another country’s sizing system, you can use an international ring size chart to find the matching US size.
You can also contact us with your ring size, and we’ll be happy to help you find the correct US size.

Customize a Ring Design?

Yes! We can make changes to some of our existing designs.
Just contact us with the design you like, the changes you want, and your budget. Our team will get back to you and discuss the options.

Can You Remake a Sold-Out Design?

Some one-of-a-kind (OOAK) designs can be made again, while others cannot.
Send us the design you like, and our team will let you know if it can be recreated.

Do You Offer Lab-Grown Diamonds or Moissanite?

Yes! We can make many of our designs with lab-grown diamonds or moissanite.
Moissanite is usually available in larger stones and standard cuts.
Contact us with your request, and we’ll let you know what options are available.

Do Your Diamonds and Gemstones Come With a Certificate?

Some of our diamonds and gemstones come with a gemological certificate, while others do not.

- Natural diamonds 0.5 carats or larger include a certificate at no extra cost. The certificate may be from GIA, DGC, or IGL, depending on the stone.
- For natural diamonds 0.5 carats or smaller, a certificate can be requested for an additional $60. This may add about 1 week to the production time.
- If you want a GIA-certified diamond, we can try to find one based on your preferred size and cut. If the selected stone does not have a GIA certificate, one can be arranged for $150. This may take up to 1 month.
Contact us if you need help choosing a certified stone.

Do You Use Conflict-Free Diamonds?

Yes. We use only conflict-free diamonds in our rings.
We work with trusted diamond suppliers to make sure our diamonds are sourced responsibly and meet industry standards.

Do You Use Recycled Gold?

Yes! We use mostly recycled gold to make our rings and jewellery.

What Is the Difference Between 14K and 18K Gold?

The main difference is the amount of pure gold.
- 14K gold has less pure gold, making it a little stronger and more durable.
- 18K gold has more pure gold, giving it a richer gold content and making it more expensive.
Both are great choices. The best option depends on your style, budget, and how you plan to wear the jewellery.

What Metals Do You Offer?

Our jewellery is made only with solid gold.
We do not offer gold-filled, gold-plated, silver, or platinum options.

Can You Create a Ring From My Inspiration Photo?

Yes! You can share a photo or idea that inspires you. While we don’t copy another designer’s work exactly, we can use it as inspiration to create a unique design just for you.
Send us your photo and ideas, and we’ll be happy to discuss the customization options.

How Are Salt and Pepper and Lab-Grown Diamonds Different?

Both are real diamonds, but they are different in how they are made and how they look.

- Salt and pepper diamonds are natural diamonds formed in the Earth. Their natural inclusions give them a unique black, grey, and white look.

- Lab-grown diamonds are made in a laboratory. They are real diamonds and are available in different colours, shapes, and levels of clarity.

In short: Salt and pepper diamonds are known for their natural, unique look, while lab-grown diamonds offer more choices in clarity and appearance.
