Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items:

As many of our jewelry pieces are custom handcrafted specifically for individual customers, certain items are considered personalized and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Rings or jewelry that have been resized or altered upon request
• Eternity bands with unique patterns or stone settings
• Titanium, tungsten, and black zirconium rings with stone settings
• Items purchased during promotional clearance or final sale events
• Pieces that have already been exchanged previously

These exceptions exist because customized jewelry cannot be resold or restored to its original condition once modifications have been made.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.
